What content sources does Nudget support?

Nudget supports 14+ source types including YouTube, Reddit, Threads, X/Twitter, Medium, LinkedIn, Substack, Podcast, RSS feeds, web page monitoring (new post detection and content change detection), and email newsletter forwarding.

How does the AI briefing work?

When new content is published by your subscriptions, AI automatically summarizes and classifies it based on your interests (called Lenses). Everything is assembled into a single daily briefing with an Executive Summary highlighting the most important updates.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes 20 subscriptions and 100 AI summaries per month with all features included — Lenses, Slack integration, Chrome Extension, and email delivery. No credit card required.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Nudget ("Service"), operated by Nudget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Nudget is an AI-powered content subscription and monitoring service. The Service aggregates and summarizes content from websites, YouTube channels, RSS feeds, newsletters, social media profiles, and other connected platforms using OpenAI and Google AI services. Summarized content is delivered via email digests.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will maintain the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Process content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Submit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Share account credentials with others
Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract AI models or algorithms
Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond its intended functionality
Attempt prompt injection or manipulation of the AI summarization pipeline

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is and remains the exclusive property of Nudget. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Nudget name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent.

We do not claim ownership of content you submit for summarization. We do not use your content to train AI models. You retain all rights to your original content.

6. Third-Party Content

The Service aggregates and summarizes content from third-party sources. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content. AI-generated summaries may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of the original material. You acknowledge that you rely on such summaries at your own risk and should verify critical information from original sources.

7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our designated agent at admin@nudget.app with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
The URL or other specific location on the Service where the material you claim is infringing is located
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid DMCA notices and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

8. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions auto-renew via Polar. All payments are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

If you believe a charge was made in error, you may contact us at admin@nudget.app within 30 days of the charge. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Content associated with your account will be retained in accordance with our Data Retention policy (Section 10) and Privacy Policy.

10. Data Retention

Content is retained for up to one year after account cancellation, then deleted. You may request expedited deletion by contacting us.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We disclaim all liability for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations in AI-generated summaries. You should verify critical information independently.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nudget in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nudget, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Force Majeure

Nudget shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, or cyberattacks.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nudget regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
